Dr. Sinister makes a comeback in this episode, where he decides to put a new tooth on Dilweed, after his original one fell off while playing woth Fungus. What the chucks don't know, is that this tooth is designed to control Dilweed at any given time. Note that this teeth doesn't take away his dumbness.
