Plot[]
The episode starts with Buford not wanting to go to the woodchucks' annual christmas party, and he decides to play videogames. After a while, Buford gets sleepy and dreams about the ghosts of Dilweed and Fungus. On a Scrooge type story, the woodchuck ghosts take Buford 6 years in the past. Here, a younger version of Buford is seen, happy and cheerful. He goes to the chucks's house, where a younger Quills is also found, and the younger chucks ask them if they want to watch their experiment. Everyone agrees, but the chucks shut the door without realizing that they'd left Buford outside. This action cracked a stick inside him that started his grumpiness. The chucks' ghosts now take on the present christmas, where Buford watches how everyone is enjoying a Woodchuck Morris movie. The chucks decide to open gifts, and they coincidentally open Buford's present, which was a new console. Grandma Butternut tells the chucks they can keep his gift, but they destroy it after trying to use it as doorstep. Quills opens her gift, which is a mistletoe themed cap. After opening her gift, she looks out the window and says her gift's come true. Buford, thinking she was talking to him, replies, but forgets he can't be seen, and tries to kiss her. The scene then cuts to an older Buford, on a future where cheese is now a deadly weapon. The future chucks try convincing him to join their party, but future Buford points at them with cheese. The chucks realize this and leave. At the party, everyone is having a good time as always, and future Woodchuck Morris is seen flirting with future Quills. After a while, the chucks decide to go celebrate on space, and Buford, knowing his mistakes, tries to go with them, but his hand slips and he ends up plummeting back to Ding-a- Buford immediately wakes up, and knowing he doesn't want to end up like his future self, decides to change, and go to the chucks' christmas party, while also giving a penny to Little Timmy. Buford knocks the door, but by doing so, a pile of snow fallls into him. Dilweed and Fungus answer the door, and see a pile of snow. Thinking it's an abominable snowman, they attack him, but realize it's not what they think. While everyone laughs at the situation, ghost Dilweed cuts a mistletoe decoration, and it falls on Buford's nose. Quills sees this, and kisses him. Buford blushes and decides to join the chucks' party, while the ghosts of the chucks decide to go back to hunting an old house.
